Step 1 – GET TO KNOW YOU​

I want to get to know you, your goals, and what you need help with. From working out, and eating healthy, to mindset coaching, I can’t wait to help!​

Step 2 – Listen To
Your Body

Client intake form is filled out, invoice paid & sessions booked in moving forward.

Step 3 – We Build A Custom Plan

Taylor will create a customized plan based on your mind and body goals, your fitness level, past or current injuries, training frequency, and schedule.

Sessions begin 2 + times per week.

Step 4 – We Measure, Optimize, Improve Mind and Body

The support you need to create the healthiest YOU.

Finally, you can reach (and surpass) your fitness goals and become the strongest, fittest version of yourself!
