HOW DOES WELLNESS COACHING WORK?

Step 1 – Phone Introduction​

Phone introduction to discuss goals, where you’re currently at & where you need to be.

Step 2 – On-boarding

Client intake form is filled out, invoice paid & 60 minute phone call booked

Step 3 – Set Up Customized Programs

60 Minute Coaching call to set up systems based on your lifestyle , cover customized nutrition plan & customized workout program for the next two weeks.

Step 4 – Recurring coaching calls

Book 30 minute coaching call every two weeks to cover what’s working well / areas of opportunity. Set up systems & structure to support your lifestyle to ensure success.

Step 5 – Customized workout plans in our App.

Customized workouts via APP – Two way communication system with instructional videos to properly execute exercises.Reference guide emailed after every phone call.The support you need to create the healthiest YOU.

Advice: Add 30 minutes of movement into your day.

Sleep The Human anatomy functions best with sufficient amount of sleep. Sleep plays a key role in our physical & emotional well-being.
