Began working with Taylor after seeing great results with her training my wife. Starting your program was exactly what I needed to get back on track with taking care of myself, drinking water and getting into a routine. I struggled with consistency, and "having" to do it when I felt tired or didn't want to do it. After about a week I already noticed I was feeling better and having more energy, and felt like I was looking forward to my workouts and trying to make sure I drank my water by 12. What I liked about the program is that it was a good little workout, but it wasn't unrealistic! Feeling like I'm loosing some weight and having more energy!

Today was the first morning in almost 5 months that I could get out of bed without struggling. I actually didn't even realize I wasn't in pain until after I had made my bed and it struck me, like shit, got outta bed with zero pain, and then I realized I had no pain last night when I was sleeping, I didn't struggle to turn over in my sleep. I sincerely think that the iliopsoas release we did yesterday was a game changer for me. I'm actually in shock and wondering how long it will last but thank you so much!!! A single hour without pain would be worth it but a whole 24 hours... I'm so excited to keep working with you.

Fitness trainer Taylor Paton has done an outstanding job at teaching me the proper skills and body corrections to make the most of my workouts. I've always done things on my own and have won many competitions in my life however was never provided or pursued the opportunity to obtain a trainier. After taking some time with Taylor, I've already improved on my lifts with squats, deadlifts and developed a better posture. Definitely worth the value in having a trainer like her. Thanks Taylor!!

Taylor is absolutely amazing. She helped me look flat and toned in my wedding dress (without needing Spanx!). I thought I wouldn’t be able to reach my fitness goals with the gyms closed because of covid, but she adjusted my plan for home workouts that fit perfectly! In the days leading up to the wedding she provided the best advice on nutrition to avoid any bloating. My dress fit perfectly and I felt so confident and sexy on my special day. I also got compliments on how chisled my back looked which was one of my top goals for strength!
