Today was the first morning in almost 5 months that I could get out of bed without struggling. I actually didn't even realize I wasn't in pain until after I had made my bed and it struck me, like shit, got outta bed with zero pain, and then I realized I had no pain last night when I was sleeping, I didn't struggle to turn over in my sleep. I sincerely think that the iliopsoas release we did yesterday was a game changer for me. I'm actually in shock and wondering how long it will last but thank you so much!!! A single hour without pain would be worth it but a whole 24 hours... I'm so excited to keep working with you.

Fitness trainer Taylor Paton has done an outstanding job at teaching me the proper skills and body corrections to make the most of my workouts. I've always done things on my own and have won many competitions in my life however was never provided or pursued the opportunity to obtain a trainier. After taking some time with Taylor, I've already improved on my lifts with squats, deadlifts and developed a better posture. Definitely worth the value in having a trainer like her. Thanks Taylor!!

Meditation

Meditation enhances activity in the Brain creating a flow of calmness, clarity & self awareness. Meditation allows the Mind & Body to reconnect creating room for positivity & abundance.

Advice: Download a free meditation app or use spotify for guided meditation to add into your daily routine.

Stiff & Moody

Sleep The Human anatomy functions best with sufficient amount of sleep. Sleep plays a key role in our physical & emotional well-being.

Advice: Focus on your breathing to calm your mind & body to allow for relaxation to take place. Guided down regulation apps are a great support tool. Quality sleep enhances our quality of life.
