Ugly Booty vs. Pleasantly plump Booty

Too often we see “influencers” on social media posting workout videos & not  squeezing their glutes while performing exercises. 

Yes, a pleasantly plump booty is more appealing to the eye. But if the video’s intent is to teach and educate those watching -we need to make sure the exercise is performed correctly – to maximize on results.

        My favourite cue is “squeeze your glutes,” all my clients understand this is a non-negotiable regardless the exercise.

Why is it important to squeeze your glutes during and at the top of each repetition?

It’s important to squeeze your glutes during each repetition because it creates a Neuromuscular connection. – You want results? It all starts with the power of your mind. 

Squeezing & engaging your glutes drives more blood flow into the muscle fibers. This creates a stronger neuromuscular connection, recruiting more muscle fibers to perform the movement. 

= BETTER RESULTS FOR GLUTE BUILDING

It’s not always pretty,  but exercise execution matters.

Squeezing your glutes will create stronger glutes, more efficient muscle growth & more effective overall use of the muscles. = maximize on your booty gains workout.

Looking at the human anatomy-  strong glutes are key to support our posture, hips, low-back & day to day movement.

 Plus everyone loves a nice ass.

To maximize your results while glute training- squeeze your glutes.
