As women there is an expectation of having visually appealing feet. More often than not, we force our feet into uncomfortable shoes to turn up our sex appeal. How many times have you worn high heels for long periods of time? Pushing through the pain! Over the years we acclimatize our feet to the shoes we continuously place them in. Negatively impacting our foot health!
When was the last time you stopped and observed your feet? – what did you notice about your feet and toes?
Here is a picture of a client’s feet. She has worn heels for years and her feet’s natural position reflects that.
As seen in the photo, her feet’s natural position is curled toes – indicates a muscle imbalance from years of wearing high heels. Over time the muscles in her feet reached their biological limits creating the imbalance.
